Hey guys,
so lately I suffered from having really big lag-issues with my Photoshop. I am using the Cintiq Companion for my work and it just stopped working for a couple of seconds every minute or so. It was really frustrating and I not only once was complaining about it to my girlfriend. But instead of keeping complaining (keep complaining?) I tried to fix the issue. And after some searching I found this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F3MlhIaK-y0 Thanks to Borodante, who also is a really good painter, for this video. It helped me a ton. What really did the trick was turning off "Windows Ink" or in German "Windows Freihand" and instead doing the notepad/textfile thing he does in the video. The performance things helped too, but I already suspected Windows to get in the way of Wacom's driver or something similar, so I am pretty sure that that was the main help. Now everything seems fine and it is way more pleasurable to work. Maybe you are having the same problems and this is the fix. All the best, Flo
