Hey guys,
currently I am creating concept art for a video-game. It is a lot of fun, the people are great and I am learning tons. Below are units of each of the 3 fractions: white, which consist of knights, clerics, typical fantasy stuff, red, which are creatures made of basalt, magma and of course goat-horns and green, which are naturally grown crowd-controllers. Each fraction will play differently and have a unique aesthetic. The style we are shooting for developed during the creation of the concept art, so it differs quite a bit. Our 3D guy made the floor-plate on which the green plant-lady is standing on, so I tried to match its lighting and look. That is actually a pretty tough but great thing to do, since you see a clear goal and see how much you deviate from it. Getting rid of line-art also helps :) More to come soon. Flo
