Since March last year I am having the pleasure to work with Gameduell on their collection feature.
I am finally able to show the work we created as a team-effort. Thanks to Meybis Ruiz Cruz (@memeruizcruz ) for the amazing feedback she gave me time and time again. Since it is Fall I found this the most fitting. More to come.

sketch without reference Drawing for the Proko-course I am currently taking. some older figure-studies.
Above: rock-study, not sure if I learned much :D Below: figure-drawing practice. Learned something with this. Keep it simple, go from gesture to refined and block out with simple volumes (simple doesn't mean it is easy. It is actually quite difficult). Later refine the shapes. Above: more drawing practice.
Below: color study. Trying to get away with keeping it as simple as I can without it feeling unresolved. An image I did for an art-challange I wanted to take part in. It was hosted by the "Swatches"-team, Diana and Clint Cearley. The theme was set in a fictional board-game, in which you have to collect clues and solve a mystery.
It was fun and challanging to work on this. Scroll down for more step-by-step shots. Inspired by ancient egypt and the Amonkhet-Set by MtG.
This was done for an online class by Diana and Clint Cearley. The brief was very similar to a real illustration project. Thanks to their great feedback I learned a lot in the process. Scroll down to see the whole process from first sketches to final rendering. I was sifting through my phone to look for pencil - drawings, that I may not have posted here. Yes, there are some double - posts but I figured it was nice to have them together with the others.
